Inspired by the beautiful birds flitting around the urban gardens of my childhood home of Kenya, these Sunbirds paperback handmade books capture the essence of small joys as a linocut silhouette.

Hand printed front and back covers with oil based ink and hand bound in the pamphlet stitch method using quality embroidery waxed thread, each to compliment the books.

A5 size. 48 pages to bring your ideas to life and document your thoughts in. Perfect for annotating sketches, journalling, recording recipes or simply for note taking during meetings.

Printed as part of the Blue on Blue handmade book series and as a single on recycled Kraft card book covers.

Available as Sketchbooks filled with recycled 170gsm plain cartridge papers and as a Notebook Journal filled with mixed plain and beautiful pale yellow lined papers.
